Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to SaleZap, a product owned and operated by CodeLab Software LLP. By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate SaleZap without charge for the stated trial period. No payment card is required to start most trials. You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processors (Razorpay / Stripe).
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added where required.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing support@salezap.ai.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it is not renewed.

4. Refunds

  • Monthly plans: Payments for monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel to avoid future charges.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not materially used the Service, you may request a full refund.
  • Service issues: If you experience a significant, verifiable service failure that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, contact us - we will review eligibility for a pro-rated refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • Non-refundable items: Add-ons, message/usage credits already consumed, custom setup or onboarding fees, and third-party charges (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta conversation fees) are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@salezap.ai from your account email with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
